Challenge
Since its establishment, EWS-KT has experienced rapid growth, necessitating the streamlining of the organization to enhance clarity, productivity, and the overall quality of its work.
Approach
We worked closely with the Director and a select team of senior leaders. Phase one included an organization-wide questionnaire to identify bottlenecks. Phase two focused on formulating a delivery roadmap with interventions, timelines, and project teams.

Creating a feedback culture to support the growth trajectory of African internet provider

Poa! Internet
Poa! internet connects the underserved communities of Africa, improving lives through unlimited access to knowledge and opportunities. Its vision is to bring internet to every home in Africa. For over 5 years poa! internet has been steadily building it’s ambition to be the leading internet provider in Africa.
Challenge
To sustain the growth trajectory of Poa! Internet, the executive team recognized the importance of enhancing feedback practices among senior leaders within the organization. This included both the giving and receiving of feedback.
Approach
In the project’s initial stage, 360° leadership feedback questionnaires were distributed among all senior leaders. Subsequently, a workshop was conducted to review and discuss the questionnaire results. During this workshop the senior leadership team also discussed and agreed on the best internal feedback practices to be implemented.

EWS-KT is experiencing rapid growth, necessitating the growth of internal leadership capacity. The organisation promotes a leadership style centered around coaching, aimed at unlocking the full potential of every individual.
Approach
Through an ongoing partnership, coaching is optional for all staff members in leadership positions. Coaching engagements include 360° questionnaires, in-depth discussions with the supervisor and a number of 1:1 coaching sessions.

Advance Insight
Advance Insight is a fast-growing technology company, supporting the digital transformation of ambitious and high-impact SME’s in Africa. The organisations help SMEs streamline their company processes, improve efficiency and thereby reduce costs through the adoption of professional IT systems.
Challenge
Advance Insight has experienced significant growth since its establishment. To foster the sustainability of its growth trajectory, management wishes to reduce the reliance on its principal leaders.
Approach
The project consisted of three phases: organizational assessment, roadmap development, and strategic change initiative design. Ongoing collaboration involves various interventions, including management team coaching, 1:1 executive coaching sessions, and strategy facilitation.

TechBridge Invest
TechBridge Invest Africa is an accelerator and technology hub in Kenya and Uganda with comprehensive entrepreneurship programs and investment tracks for start-ups. Its principal aim is to create sustainable businesses and jobs.
Challenge
Most startup founders part of TechBridge Invest’s incubator program have little experience in leading big teams – a skill that becomes increasingly important as the business grows. TechBridge Invest recognizes the significance of leadership development and offers specialized training and mentoring programs.
Approach
Startup founders took part in a comprehensive and interactive training session focused on developing their situational leadership skills. Subsequently, they participated in a group coaching session aimed at integrating the acquired knowledge into their day-to-day operations.

Challenge
Advance Consulting appointed a new Regional Director to lead the operations in East and Southern Africa. In order to facilitate a seamless transition into this pivotal role, the Regional Director looked for an executive coach.
Approach
A typical executive coaching trajectory includes a 360-degree feedback questionnaire, goal setting, 1:1 coaching sessions, in-depth discussions with an in-company sponsor and an evaluation report.
